Practical guideCasinos like Stake: leading crypto platforms compared
Compare Stake, Roobet, Shuffle, Rainbet, BC.Game and Gamdom: casino games, sportsbook, VIP features and deposit volumes in our personal ranking.
By The Gambling Desk · Published · Verified
Roobet, Rainbet, Shuffle, BC.Game and Gamdom share several ingredients with Stake: casino games, crypto, in-house games and rewards. Their differences lie in the interface, catalogue, sports and community. Here are the six platforms in our selection and what sets each apart.
Our ranking
This ranking reflects my personal view after years in casino gaming and sports betting. Stake leads my selection for the breadth of its offering. Roobet retains its place as a long-standing competitor, while Shuffle has a layout and product approach close to Stake. The profiles below also cover what makes Rainbet, BC.Game and Gamdom different.

Stake
Our first choice for casino and sports in one place
Personally used by The Gambling Desk.
Stake remains our number one. The platform combines a large casino, an international sportsbook, an esports section, Stake Originals, a provably fair system and a VIP programme shared across its activities.
Its main strength is how everything fits together, rather than any single feature. The same account and wallet let you move from slots to in-house games and then sports betting. Casino and sports wagers also contribute to VIP progress, with calculations adapted to the bet type.
Stake also has a strong brand presence: global sports partnerships, ambassadors, live streaming and close ties with Kick.

Roobet
An established crypto casino brand
TGD’s personal selection, based on public information; not personally tested.
Roobet is one of the older and more recognisable crypto casino brands. Its official offering combines thousands of slots, live dealer tables, jackpots, in-house games and a sportsbook.
The platform stands out mainly through its visual style and rewards system. This includes instant rakeback, a daily bonus and a vault that distributes a portion of rewards.
Roobet remains well ahead of the other alternatives in this selection by volume. It is the most natural choice for a large crypto casino experience beyond Stake.

Rainbet
The fast-growing contender
TGD’s personal selection, based on public information; not personally tested.
Rainbet is much newer than Stake, Roobet or Gamdom, yet its observed volume already places it third in this selection. Tanzanite also showed particularly strong annual growth when the figures were recorded.
The platform grew quickly through casino games, sports and a strong presence among content creators. It has the feel of a younger site, shaped directly by recent streaming habits.
Rainbet states that a dedicated VIP host becomes available after $2.5 million in cumulative wagers. The most personalised benefits therefore mainly concern highly active accounts.

Shuffle
An interface close to Stake
Personally used by The Gambling Desk.
Shuffle adopts many of the features popularised by Stake: crypto casino, sportsbook, provably fair Originals, a shared wallet and VIP progress. Its interface feels fresh and particularly consistent for a platform launched more recently.
The official VIP programme has more than 50 levels. Casino bets earn one experience point per dollar wagered, while sports and esports bets that meet the stated conditions earn three.
Its sportsbook covers major sports, esports, live betting and streaming for selected events. Shuffle is probably the closest alternative to Stake in its overall product approach.

BC.Game
The choice for catalogue size and variety
TGD’s personal selection, based on public information; not personally tested.
BC.Game focuses on a large game selection, cryptocurrency and a presence across many markets. The platform offers casino games, in-house games, sports betting and several layers of rewards, including rakeback, reloads and level bonuses.
That variety gives you plenty to explore, along with more menus, events and rules to navigate. The SVIP programme adds personalised benefits such as a host or invitation-only offers.

Gamdom
The specialist with esports roots
Personally used by The Gambling Desk.
Gamdom was founded in 2016 around a Counter-Strike community before growing into a broader crypto platform. That background still shows in its focus on esports, community leaderboards and in-house games.
The site lists more than 3,000 casino games, Originals, a sportsbook that also covers esports, and payments in traditional currencies or crypto. Its upper VIP status is invitation-only, based on activity reviewed by the team.
Gamdom has kept a more distinctive identity than many newer platforms. For Counter-Strike, League of Legends or Dota 2 fans, that esports culture is its main point of difference.
A clear lead in deposit volumes
Over the one-year period ending 11 August 2026, Stake recorded $23.2 billion in deposits. Second-placed Roobet reached $5.24 billion: Stake’s volume was more than four times that of its closest competitor.
That lead is not built on casino alone. Stake also has substantial activity in sports betting, esports and Originals. Deposit volumes show activity over the period studied; they do not measure player numbers or platform reliability.
Which platform should you choose?
Stake remains the most complete and established choice in this selection. Roobet is its largest long-standing competitor, Shuffle comes closest to its product approach, Rainbet stands out for growth, BC.Game for its catalogue and Gamdom for its esports roots.
To choose between these platforms, also compare the points that matter for your account:
- whether the platform accepts players from your country;
- the operator’s identity and the licence that actually applies;
- available deposit currencies and networks;
- withdrawal and account verification rules;
- available responsible gambling limits;
- the exact terms of any reward you activate.
The volumes cited give a sense of platform size. Your choice may also come down to a particular game, interface or payment method.
How this comparison is put together
I have personally used Stake, Shuffle and Gamdom. Roobet, Rainbet and BC.Game are platforms I trust and would choose if opening another account; I do not present them as personal tests. Kraken, used for crypto, has also been tested personally.
The ranking reflects that personal assessment, supported by information from official services and volumes observed by Tanzanite. Five criteria shape the selection: track record and activity, casino catalogue, sports and esports offering, VIP programme and distinctive features. Deposit promotions do not determine the ranking.
The screenshot below shows deposits observed over one year as of 11 August 2026. These amounts measure deposit activity; they are not operator revenue, player losses or available balances.

Access conditions and licences vary by country. Before creating an account, check that the platform accepts players where you live.
